Rob the Buffalo's Mission Statement

I choose to live a life that honors the divinity in myself and other people - my family, friends and acquaintances -as well as humanity at large.  I see and honor the divinity in the rock, the tree, the sparrow and the clouds; as well as the sun, the moon and the stars.  I increase my daily reflective and devotional practices by making more time for silence, listening and singing that I do for speaking on autopilot, or without thought. I choose to speak with kindness, compassion, vulenerability; and from a place of trust and intimacy. I pause to acknowledge the sacred essence of the food I eat and I choose to eat nourishing and health sustaining foods most of the time. I make time everyday for fun, laughter, pleasure and enjoyment and know that when another person is involved that playfulness becomes an act of service.
